For years I've worked on my wellbeing and trying to overcome the anxious thoughts that can sometimes be overwhelming, leading to low mood and depression.
Since starting the Rising Higher course with Hopeful Consciousness I have found myself really making progress to understand and tackle what is holding me back. Alongside some great mentoring and coaching from, Hopeful Consciousness founder, Paul. I now feel I have the knowledge and the toolkit to overcome some of the more difficult emotions and behaviours that I had been so afraid of confronting. I was genuinely excited to progress through the course and receive recognition for my progress throughout.
